Use

This function is used to create ad specs with format proposals.

Integration

It is part of ad spec processing and is available to you during creation and modification of ad items.

Prerequisites

To use format proposals as possible entries when creating ad specs.

Ad spec formats that are required on a regular basis are to be determined by the system so they do not need to be entered manually.

An ad spec with the Half page format proposal is to be entered and the ad dimensions and the bleed indicator determined by the system.

You have defined format proposals and the conversion of these proposals in Customizing.

Features

If you enter a format proposal in the Format proposal field on the Details tab page, the system calculates this format proposal using the data specified in Customizing when the item data is confirmed.
