Determination of Shoyo Amount

Use

You use the Determination of Syoyo Amount ( RPUSACJ0 ) reporttocalculate shoyoamount to which employees areentitled foremployeeswithinthe selection period. Afterwards, you can either enter the amount directly into the Additional Payments infotype( 0015 ), or you cancreate a batch inputand run it toupdatemaster data in the infotype.

Features

Shoyo amount is based on basic pay information in Basic Pay infotype( 0008 ). Besides, there are three factors affecting the calculation:

Shoyo payment rate

You input the evaluation date in Base amount get date to retrieve from payscale table.

Appraisal rate

You must maintain Pers. Appraisals JP infotype( 0147 ) Shoyo Appraisals subtype( 2 )properly.

Attendance rate

You must maintain Planned Working Time infotype ( 0007 ) properly.

You can choose to exclude the appraisal rate factor or attendance rate factor for the calculation by:

flagging No use appraisal rat e

or

flagging No use attendance rate

Activities

After executing this report, youcanobtain a list of employees entitled for Syoyotogetherwith thefollowinginformation

Organizational assignment information, including employee group, employee subgroup, personnel no., employee name

Shoyo amount and calculation factor value

Syoyo pay date

You can either print the list out or download it to your local PC.

You can create a batch inputand run itto updateselected employees‘master data in Additional Payments infotype ( 0015 ).

If you activate Rehiring following Retirement , the system does not retrieve the payroll results of the previous month from a different company to calculate income tax of Shoyo
