Prerequisites

Prerequisites for integrating SAP ERP with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

The following are the prerequisites:

You have the SAP ERP release ECC 6.0 EhP8, and you have synchronized the business partner with the customer/debtor master.

Note

The release ECC 6.0 EhP8 is required for bidirectional replication of business partners between SAP ERP and SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2. If you have SAP ERP releases earlier than ECC 6.0 EhP8, only unidirectional replication of customers and contacts from SAP ERP to SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 is supported.
You have installed the SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2-provided add-on for SAP ERP.

You have maintained trust between the SAP Cloud Integration tenant and the SAP ERP system. For more information, see Connecting a Customer System to Cloud Integration.
You have the integration developer persona assigned to your user in your SAP Cloud Integration tenant to import and deploy iFlows on SAP Cloud Integration.
