Install SAP ERP Software Components

Purpose

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 provides an add-on for SAP ERP that mainly contains the following:

  • Missing interfaces for the SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2-ERP integration

  • Convenience functionality to simplify the setup of the integration

The add-on does not modify any core ERP coding, and hence is modification-free.

Procedure

  1. Go to SAP ONE Support Launchpad (https://support.sap.comInformation published on SAP site).

  2. Click on Software Downloads.

  3. Search for COD_ERP_INT 6.00.

  4. For initial installation, click Installation Software ComponentStart of the navigation path Next navigation step INSTALLATIONEnd of the navigation path.

    For support package installation, click Start of the navigation pathMaintenance Software Component Next navigation step SUPPORT PACKAGESEnd of the navigation path.
