System Status Icon

This icon provides information about the current status of the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE). To view details about the current status of the DOE, choose View details. The System Status Overview section provides detailed information about the current status of the DOE. For example, if the system status is red, then the reasons, such as one or more configured back end destination fails or there are devices that have errors related to server push, are displayed. The Devices with Server Push Errors section lists the devices that have server push errors. You can choose to resend the messages to these devices. To do this, select the required device and choose Resend Messages

Inbox

The inbox provides information on the tasks that you need to perform as an administrator. You can filter your tasks based on the parameters available under the Filter area. You can change the status of your tasks to: In Process, for Follow Up, or Completed. In addition, you can delete your tasks if required.

System Statistics

This section of the screen provides statistical information, such as the number of:

• Devices that were created manually

• Initial downloads performed

• Delta downloads performed

• Messages that were processed

This information is displayed for the present day and also for the day before.

Operations

From this section, you can perform activities related to administration of devices, mobile components, delta generation, and system messages.
