Features

Using the object information for the Maintenance Technician role, you can display the last five maintenance or service notifications and maintenance or service orders for equipment or functional locations.

The following data is displayed: notification or order number, short text, notification or order type, priority, required start and end date, system status.

Optional Settings

You can make user-specific settings for the selection of the notifications and orders displayed in the object information and define the following:

  • Which notification or order type is displayed in the object information

  • Which status the displayed notifications or orders should have ( outstanding / created or in process )

    If you do not make a selection for the status, notifications and orders with both statuses are displayed in the object information.

  • Time interval

    • Last week to next week

    • The last four to next four weeks
