Loading Sets of Hits

Use

You use this procedure to load a set of specifications that has been saved as a set of hits.

Prerequisites

The set of hits has been stored in a set of hits group for which you have display authorization.

Procedure

  1. In the recipe workbench , choose the specification category of the specifications for which you want to load the set of hits by double-clicking it in the overview tree, for example, double-click Recipe if you want to load a set of hits for a recipe.

    The initial screen appears for that specification category.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Utilities Next navigation step Set of Hits Next navigation step Load End of the navigation path .

    The group overview of the sets of hits appears.

  3. Double-click the set of hits you want to load.

Result

The specifications in the set of hits are displayed in the hit list. They are displayed on the key date or for the change number with which the set of hits was created. If this key date or change number is different from the key date or change number that is set in the Workbench, you first have to copy over the key date or change number of the set of hits to the Workbench settings and then load the set of hits again afterwards.

Note Note

Search criteria that you entered in the initial screen are not taken into account when the set of hits is loaded.

Starting from the hit list, you can continue to process the set of hits as required. Proceed as described in Searching for Specifications .
