Background documentationSetting Priorities and Impact (Change Request)

Project Issue and Change Management allows you to indicate the urgency with which a change request must be processed. You do this by specifying the priority of the change request and the impact on the project if the change request is not processed.

Note Note

When you process issues with change requests, the impact and priority specified in issues are not carried forward to the corresponding change requests.

End of the note.

Priorities are used in the Categorization by Priority report delivered using the embedded Analytics of Project Issue and Change Management. For more information, see Embedded Analytics.
