Setting Priorities and Impact (Change Request)
Project Issue and Change Management
allows you to indicate the urgency with which a change request must be processed. You do this by specifying the priority of the change request and the impact on the project if the change request is not processed.
Note
When you process issues with change requests, the impact and priority specified in issues are not carried forward to the corresponding change requests.
Priorities are used in the Categorization by Priority
report delivered using the embedded Analytics of Project Issue and Change Management

You have made the following settings under Customizing for Project Issue and Change Management

On the change request screen, enter a valid priority under Problem Description

Enter a valid impact, and then save. Note that you can also provide a free text description of the impact in Impact If Not Resolved
