SAP Commercial Project Management delivers embedded Analytics, based on business intelligence (BI) queries, for reporting on the following topics:

  • Project cost status

  • Progress (based on Progress Analysis of Project System (PS))

  • Work in progress (WIP) (based on Results Analysis of Project System (PS))

  • Issue and change process (based on Project Issue and Change Management (CA-CPD-PCM))

Prerequisites

You have made the required configurations in:

  • Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus) (see Business Rule Framework plus, Getting Started, Concepts, and Tasks)

  • Customizing for SAP Commercial Project Management

  • Customizing for the relevant SAP ERP application components (for example, you must set up the Customizing for Controlling (CO), to report on actual costs and revenues)
