Project Issue and Change Management allows you to create change requests with references to issues.

Problems or project deviations are first documented as issues. After the analysis of issues, project stakeholders trigger the creation of change requests for those changes that have a cost and schedule impact. This function allows you to track costs and schedule changes in your project, using change requests created for issues.

Procedure

  1. On the Issue and Change Management screen, choose Issue, and then Display.

  2. Enter an issue and choose Display Issue.

  3. Choose Change Request (Copy and Ref.). The system launches a change request creation screen referring to the issue.

  4. Follow the steps required to create a change request (see Creating Change Requests).
