Setting Update Periodicity for Info Structures

Use

The CMC range of coverage (ROC) uses the period unit daily. Therefore, you must set the update periodicity for information structures S034 and S464 to daily as well.

Note Note

The default period unit of S464 is daily. The default period unit of S304 is monthly. Therefore, you should only have to change the period unit of S034. However, also check the periodicity of S464.

Procedure

  1. In the IMG, choose Start of the navigation path Logistics – General Next navigation step Logistics Information System (LIS) Next navigation step Logistics Data Warehouse Next navigation step Updating Next navigation step Updating Control Next navigation step Activate Update Next navigation step Inventory Controlling/Warehouse Management. End of the navigation path

  2. The Updating – Inventory Controlling: Info Structures screen appears.

  3. Select information structure S034 (INVCO: Movements (batches)).

  4. Choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Parameters End of the navigation path or double-click on the radio button Day.

    The Parameters dialog box appears.

  5. On the screen area Period split select radio button Day .

  6. Choose Continue .

  7. Save your changes.

  8. Repeat this procedure for information structure S464.
