Machine Operation Indicator The machine operation indicator determines whether the CMC groups
labor and machine operations
. This indicator is a user-defined field (USR10) in the SAP System. If you want to group labor and machine operations you have to add this indicator to the
Enhancement
tabstrip on the
Operation
details screen. You must do this for each PM/CS order type in which you want to use this function.
You must execute three activities in the following sequence:
User Fields
In the SAP Reference IMG choose
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service
→
Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists and PRTs
→
Task Lists → Operation Data → Define User Fields.
The
Change View „User Fields": Overview
screen appears.
Choose
Edit
→
New Entries.
Enter the following data:

Enter a text for the indicator name, such as Machine Op. |
Leave all other fields blank.
Save your entries.

In the SAP Reference IMG choose
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service

Maintenance and Service Processing → Maintenance and Service Orders
→
Functions and Settings for Order Types → Create Default Value Profiles for General Order Data.

screen appears.

screen appears.
Select
Edit
→
New Entries.
Enter the following:
