Performance-Dependent RemunerationsIn quantitative terms, the majority of remunerations are performance-related remunerations. The performance-related remunerations are determined from the derived activity types in a business transaction, on the basis of the evaluation results calculated for every participant.
The remuneration type for an activity determined by the fixing process fixes the basic entitlement of a participant and informs you about the type of the remuneration, and the calculation algorithm required for calculation of the remuneration amount.
For each individual determined remuneration, the system fixes the participant and the commission contract to which the remuneration belongs, the activity in the commission case from which the entitlement is derived, and the evaluation that was used as the basis of the remuneration.
The performance-dependent remuneration refers to the following objects and functions:
Liability rule
The rule governing the legal right to future commission (if the remuneration is disbursed in the form of a legal right to future commission (proportional))
Remuneration amount (entitlement)
Further amount fields: Liability amount, offsetting amount, disbursement amount All amount fields are derived from the results of the individual partial steps. On the basis of the update category, it is possible to decide how relevant the result is to entitlement, liability, offsetting or disbursement for every calculation step.
