Commission Case Document

Definition

A document that is created when a commission case is successfully posted using the commission fixing process.

Use

The “ Remuneration Already Disbursed” checkbox has the effect that offsetting items are created for the calculated settlement items with the same value for this commission case to allow the total value to be cleared.

Used for the documentation of data in the commission case document.

Structure

Line Items:

Valuation item , Remuneration item and Settlement item .

The document contains all the evaluations determined for the commission case and the remunerations for all participating agents.

As all performance-related remunerations are determined on the basis of evaluations (sales results), every remuneration in the commission case document refers to the base evaluation.

Not every evaluation leads to a remuneration. In certain cases, a commission case document can consist of evaluations alone (without remunerations and settlement items).

The corrections made to remunerations in remuneration clearing are stored separately to the remuneration clearing items.

In the commission case document, a settlement item always belongs to a remuneration. The reference is structured correspondingly in the settlement item. Remunerations that are not relevant to disbursement do not have a settlement item, which means that it is not compulsory for a commission case document to have settlement items.
