Evaluations in the Commission Document

Use

Evaluation takes place in the remuneration process. This is the determination of the results of a business transaction in the commission system.

The object data transferred to the commission case forms the basis for the evaluation (this object data is also used for determining activity types, although evaluation takes place independent of the activity types), as do the associated transaction types (the evaluation result category (difference / absolute evaluation) specified for the transaction type is also determined). This characteristic can be used in the logical service for controlling the return, if required.

An evaluation is executed if the object in the object structure has been newly created, changed or reversed. In this case, the evaluations for all evaluation types are determined again.

As all payment-dependent remunerations are calculated on the basis of an evaluation result, the evaluation must be executed before the remuneration.

It is not possible to change an evaluation within a document. You cannot just reverse an evaluation – it must be reversed together with the associated commission case document. When resetting a commission case, the corresponding commission case document is also reversed.

Features

The evaluation takes place on the basis of the transaction types defined for the respective object categories.

One evaluation is made for one object in the commission case. There are also objects for which no evaluation takes place; an object is only evaluated if it was changed, created or reversed by the reported business transaction.
