  1. In Customizing for Sales and Distribution, choose Start of the navigation path Billing Next navigation step Billing Documents Next navigation step Country-Specific Features Next navigation step Maintain Maximum Number of Billing Items End of the navigation path .

  2. For each sales organization that you want, enter the maximum number of items allowed per billing document.
