Keyboard Command List for Calendar Navigation

Many key combinations (shortcuts) are similar to those used in other programs, but not all of them.

Calendar Shortcuts

On Windows, use the Ctrl key and on Mac use the Command key.

Command	Key combination
Open Copy dialog	`Ctrl` + `C` `Command` + `C`
Open Delete dialog. When using recurrence, this opens the dialog for the specified occurrence only.	`Ctrl` + `D` `Command` + `D`
Update (and Send)	`Ctrl` + `S` `Command` + `S`
Cancel / Revert (in the Builder panel). Opens a dialog and asks if you really want to discard your changes.	`Esc`
In Gantt, navigate to previous or next object. (A task or process must be selected.)	Arrow keys: Previous – use Up and Left Next – use Down and Right
Move to previous day, week, or month.	`Page Down`
Move to next day, week, or month.	`Page Up`
Toggle Filter bar	`Ctrl` + `Shift` + `F` `Command` + `Shift` + `F`
Move time of Gantt element	`Shift` and either Left or Right arrow key
