Publishing a translation exports the translated text strings and writes them back to the objects to which they belong. For example, the translated title of a role is written to the role object stored in the Portal Content Directory.
When a reloaded worklist is published again, all the strings in the worklist are exported and published. Previously published text from the same worklist is overwritten.
The translation worklist was marked as translated by the responsible translator.
