You define customer-specific calendars in this menu option. Using this calendar, the SAP System determines the customer's workdays and public holidays. Furthermore, the requested delivery dates and confirmation dates in sales are determined and checked using the calendar.
The customer-specific calendar is maintained along the lines of the maintenance of a customer-independent calendar. The procedure is described in the section "Environment"--> "Define calendar".
Changes to calendar data are not automatically recorded in a correction request.
To transport the calendar data to other systems, use the Transport function in the initial maintenance screen.
Be careful not to transport individual holidays or calendars, rather only the calendar data in its entirety. All holidays, and holiday and plant calendars existing in the target system will be deleted.
