When errors occur while running background processing jobs, such as premature termination, alerts about these errors are triggered and collected in a job log.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path CCMS Next navigation step Control/Monitoring Next navigation step Job Scheduling Monitor End of the navigation path .

  2. From the graphical job monitor, choose Start of the navigation path Monitor Next navigation step Terminated jobs End of the navigation path to see a list of abnormally terminated jobs.

  3. From the graphical job monitor, choose Start of the navigation path Jobs Next navigation step Display job log End of the navigation path to see a complete list of logged data about a particular job.
