Due to the large number of different problems which can cause termination of a job, it is not possible here to give a generalized procedure for analyzing the problems. There follows a list of some of the more commonly observed problems:
A variant of an ABAP program cannot be found, because it has been deleted. There is a syntax error in an ABAP program. –There is a runtime error in an ABAP program, for example, divide by zero. An external program cannot be started (see Analyzing Problems With External Commands and Programs)
