Accessing the System Landscape Directory
Use
You use this function to access data in the
System Landscape Directory.Prerequisites
You have started the
Runtime Workbench from the SAP Exchange Infrastructure start page and have chosen the component System Landscape Directory in the structure Exchange Infrastructure on the left-hand side of the screen.The window System Landscape Directory appears on the right-hand side of the screen.
Features
The System Landscape Directory window displays the host name and the port number of the System Landscape Directory. Furthermore, you can query the status of the System Landscape Directory and access its administration tool.
Activities
You can execute the following in the System Landscape Directory window:
The status of the component is displayed in the form of a traffic light. The individual statuses (red, yellow, and green) are explained by a corresponding short text.
When the status is OK (green), the name of the component and the vendor are displayed.
The system displays the initial screen of the SAP System Landscape Directory.
