Features

This iView presents you a quick overview of all existing portfolios and relevant key data.

You navigate to this iView by choosing Portfolio Management ®Administration ® Portfolios.

You can sort and filter the displayed portfolios to search for a specific portfolio object. In addition, this screen provides the default entry point in the portfolio scenario and allows you to navigate directly into portfolio creation or viewing/editing of portfolio overview.

You can do the following:

·        Expand/collapse all rows

·        Select/deselect all rows

·        Create a new portfolio

·        Link navigation to existing portfolio

·        Export to Microsoft Excel

Prerequisites

·        The iView must be connected to the backend system.

·        Authorization to manage portfolio objects is handled in the backend system.

·        You have configured the dashboards in the Custom Configuration.

·        Microsoft Excel is installed in the user system.

●      The dashboard is configured to have the Export to Microsoft Excel option.
