Search

Here, you can search for the portfolio items or resources by specifying the following information:

Option	User Action	Explanation
Name	Specify the first name or last name of the resource or the name of the item.	Wild card characters are permitted.
Within	Select the object you want to search for from the dropdown list.	You select the object here and accordingly specify the search strings in the Name field.

Then choose Search.

Advanced Search

The advanced search function is displayed only for views where advanced searching is needed.

You can specify additional parameters by choosing Advanced Search.Then you select in the dropdown list of the Within field, if you want to search for items or resources. Then you click Show advanced search. In the dropdown list of the Based on field, you can determine parameters to narrow the search, and to identify the desired object faster.
