Features

You use this iView to get an overview of your collections and relevant key data. You can navigate to the collection overview by clicking on the name of a collection.

You can create a new collection and select collections for deletion.

When you select a collection in the dashboard, the items assigned to that collection are also listed in a separate Related Items Dashboard below the Collection Dashboard.

The dashboard provides common ALV features:

●      You can sort and filter the displayed elements to search for a specific object.

●      You can navigate within the result list by using the scroll bar.

●      You can export the list to Microsoft Excel.

●      You can create a PDF print version of the list.

●      You can use the ALV settings for creating user specific views; e.g. specify which columns are displayed from the user's column set.

You navigate to this iView by choosing Portfolio Management ® My Portfolio Objects ® My Collection Dashboard.

Prerequisites

You have configured standard SAP xRPM navigation in Customizing for SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM) under Global Customizing ® Process and Service Settings ® Define Navigation.
