Features

You use this iView to get an overview of all items in a portfolio and relevant key data. You can navigate to the item overview by clicking on the item name.

You can display status details in a separate table below the results list by clicking on a status icon.

You can select one or multiple Items which you want to delete.

You can create new items.

To load the complete result list, select the Load All check box.

The Item Dashboard has the following tab pages:

●      All Items

●      Active Items

●      Active Proposals

●      Active Escalations

●      Inactive Items

The dashboard provides common ALV features:

●      You can sort and filter the displayed elements to search for a specific object.

●      You can navigate within the result list by using the scroll bar.

●      You can export the list to Microsoft Excel.

●      You can create a PDF print version of the list.

●      You can use the ALV settings for creating user specific views; e.g. specify which columns are displayed from the user's column set.

You navigate to this iView by choosing Portfolio Management ® My Portfolio Objects ® My Item Dashboard.

Prerequisites

You have configured standard xRPM navigation in Customizing for SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM) under Global Customizing ® Process and Service Settings ® Define Navigation.
