Features

You use this iView to get an overview of all existing portfolios and relevant key data. You can navigate to the portfolio overview by clicking on the portfolio name. You can create new portfolios or select a portfolio for deletion.

The dashboard provides common ALV features:

●      You can sort and filter the displayed portfolios to search for a specific object.

●      You can navigate within the result list by using the scroll bar.

●      You can export the list to Microsoft Excel.

●      You can create a PDF print version of the list.

●      You can use the ALV settings for creating user specific views; e.g. specify which columns are displayed from the user's column set.

To navigate to this iView, choose Portfolio Management ® Administration ® Portfolio Dashboard.

Prerequisites

You have configured standard xRPM navigation in Customizing for xRPM under Global Customizing ® Process and Service Settings ® Define Navigation.
