Features

You use this iView to display or change the overview of an initiative. You can create an initiative in the bucket of a portfolio. The Initiative Overview includes a Quick Information on top, as well as all relevant data listed on different tab pages. The Quick Information consists of KPIs and a phase and decision point overview. The tab pages of the Initiative Overview display the details and summaries of the assigned phases, decision points, items, the financial and capacity data, the authorizations, as well as notes and descriptions.

To navigate to this iView, choose Portfolio Management ® Administration.Then choose Create New Initiative under Actions in the navigation panel on the left. Once the new initiative has been created, the Initiative Overview is displayed.
