Features

You use this iView to display the overview of an initiative. You can create an initiative in a bucket of a portfolio. The Initiative Overview includes a Quick Information on top of the screen, as well as all relevant data listed on different tab pages. The Quick Information consists of KPIs, a phase and decision point overview. The tab pages of the Initiative Overviewdisplay the details and summaries of the assigned phases, decision points, items, the financial and capacity data, the authorizations, as well as descriptions and notes.

To navigate to this iView, choose Portfolio Management and select an initiative from the Initiative Dashboard.
