Features

You can use this iView to get an overview of all existing initiatives and relevant key data. You can navigate to the Initiative Overview by clicking on the name of the initiative. You can also create a new initiative or delete an existing initiative as required. When you select an initiative from the Initiative Dashboard, the related items of this initiative are also listed in a separate Item Dashboard under the Initiative Dashboard. The Initiative Dashboard contains the following tab pages: All Initiatives, Active Initiatives, Active Proposals, Active Escalations, Inactive Initiatives and Released Initiatives.

The dashboard provides common ALV features:

·        You can sort and filter the displayed elements to search for a specific object. Moreover, you can navigate within the result list by using the scroll bar.

·        You can export the list to Microsoft® Excel.

·        You can create a PDF print version of the list.

·        You can use the ALV settings for creating user specific views. You can specify, for example, which columns are displayed from the column set.

Prerequisites

You have configured standard SAP xRPM navigation in Customizing for SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM) under Global Customizing ® Process and Service Settings ® Define Navigation.
