Features

This iView shows the metrics management data of an item or an initiative according to the corresponding Customizing settings. This includes metric groups, metrics, and metric value types. In general, metric values are editable. Those metrics value types that are mapped to key figures are calculated and can be recalculated.

You navigate to this iView by choosing Portfolio Management ® Portfolio Management ® Item Dashboard. Then by clicking on an item and choosing Metrics from the navigation panel on the left. Alternatively, choose Initiative Dashboard, click on an initiative and choose Metrics from the navigation panel on the left.

Prerequisites

·        You have configured metrics settings in Customizing for SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM) by choosing Global Customizing ® Process and Service Settings ® Metrics Management.

·        You have configured key figures in Customizing for SAP xRPM by choosing Global Customizing ® Process and Service Settings ® Key Figure Monitor.
