Features

In this iView, you see the structure of an initiative (with the phases as top-level objects) in table form. The main function in this iView is to create checklists. You do this to define the deliverables of a phase and define which deliverables are mandatory and necessary for the approval of the whole phase. Deliverables can, for example, provide special KPIs or special documents. You can use the checklist to maintain and monitor the status of the different deliverables.

You navigate to this iView by choosing Portfolio Management ® Portfolio Management ® Iniitiative Dashboard. Then by clicking the name of an initiative and choosing Checklist Dashboard in the navigation panel on the left.
