Features

You use the Quick Information tray of an object on top of its phase overview. The object can be an initiative , item, initiative template, or item template.

To navigate to this iView, you have the following options:

       1.      Choose Portfolio Management, choose Administration, select Initiative Template Dashboard or Item Template Dashboard, select an initiative template or an item template, and select a phase from its Quick Information tray.

       2.      Choose Portfolio Management, choose Administration, select Initiative Template Dashboard or Item Template Dashboard, select an initiative template or an item template, go to Phase Dashboard from the left navigation, and select a phase.

       3.      Choose Portfolio Management, choose Administration, go to Create new Item or Create new Initiative. Create and save the item or initiative and then select a phase from its Quick Information tray.

Integration

This iView appears above the Phase Overview iView and portal eventing is used for communication between them.

Prerequisites

You have configured the standard SAP xRPM navigation in Customizing for SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM)under Global Customizing ® Process and Service Settings ® Define Navigation.
