Features

You use this iView to display or change the overview of an initiative template. You create an initiative template in a bucket of a portfolio. The Initiative Template Overview includes a Quick Information on top as well as all relevant data listed on different tab pages. The Quick Information consists of KPIs, a phase and decision point overview. The tab pages of the Initiative Template Overview display the details and summaries of the assigned phases, decision points, the financial and capacity data, the authorizations as well as descriptions and notes.

To navigate to this iView, choose Administration and select an initiative template from the Initiative Template Dashboard.
