Business Process: Search Interaction Records
The parameters that have been delivered with SAP Multichannel Foundation for Utilities and Public Sector for searching interaction records are listed in the following table:

By default, the system returns up to 100 interaction records with the operation Get_EntitySet
for the InteractionRecord
entity.
