Business Process: Record a Customer Interaction
With the standard delivery of SAP Multichannel Foundation for Utilities and Public Sector, a new business partner contact can be created in the system when an OData entity is changed.
The settings below determine:
Whether a new business partner contact needs to be created. This is controlled by the parameter value “X” for parameter “Active”.
Activity (Action) type of the created business partner contact.
