Business Process: Create a Payment Plan
With the standard delivery of SAP Multichannel Foundation for Utilities and Public Sector, a new payment plan can be created and its type can be changed in Customizing. The payment plan type value can be found in the Customizing under 
SAP Utilities
Invoicing
Budget Billing Plan
Payment Plan
Define Payment Plan Categories (AMB/BBP)
