Launchpad
Symptoms
There are two major types of problems that may occur:
- Navigation from the launchpad to an application does not work
- Tile, group or catalog is not displayed
Troubleshooting Tools
You can use the following tools to analyze
errors occurring in the launchpad:

| Application Log: Display Logs (transaction SLG1) | Display messages for OData services and utilities (e.g. reports) of the SAP NetWeaver User Interface Services |
