SAP Corbu is a fresh, modern and unique visual identity. It is named after Charles-Édouard Jeanneret, aka Le Corbusier, Swiss Architect and Designer. The design is intentionally neutral to blend with a variety of legacy content. The predefined colors are grey and white backgrounds with black headers and orange and blue highlights. The visual identity harmonizes the look & feel of SAP Business Suite products that are built on different technologies and frameworks. The overall navigation between the different products is offered by the SAP NetWeaver Business Client, a navigation shell for desktop or web that comes with tabbed browsing behavior and traditional role-based navigation.
The following image shows an example of the visual design:
Gold Reflection and Corbu have a very similar visual design language. Apart from some conceptual and framework related differences, the visualization of UI controls is identical. The main visual difference is the usage of icons, and the appearance of the application shell.
