Use

This query is a regular report for the process manager. It displays the following information on all selected objects:

  • Planned costs, actual costs, target costs, and variance for the current period

  • The cumulative actual costs, target costs, and variance for all periods of the current year up to the current date

You must enter the controlling area when you call up the query. You can further limit the displayed data by entering:

  • Business process or range of business processes

  • Cost element hierarchy

  • Or both of the above
