Use

This query is a regular report for the process manager. It provides an overview of the planned quantities and actual quantities of the statistical key figures posted on the selected business processes. You see the planned quantities, actual quantities, and variance for the previous year, and the planned quantities and change in plan for the current year.

You must enter the controlling area when you call up the query.

You can limit the displayed data further through the process. You do this by selecting a business process or a range of business processes.
