Use

This query is a regular report for the process manager. It provides an overview of the planned quantities and actual quantities of the statistical key figures posted on the selected business processes. Reporting time frames are the previous period, the periods in the current year up to the current date (values are cumulated), and all periods of the current year (actual cost projection).

You must enter the controlling area when you call up the query. You can limit the displayed data further through the process. First select a process hierarchy. You can then further limit the data by specifying a range of processes or a single process.

Plan/actual columns: The two restricted key figures Quantity and Quantity (Non-Cumulative Value) can be added together because only one of the two values can be filled for a given statistical key figure. The values are either a total (quantity) or a fixed value (non-cumulative).

Note Note

Statistical key figures can be either fixed values (non-cumulative) or sums (cumulative). This influences the aggregation behavior of the key figures. See also CO-OM-ABC: Statistical Key Figures under Use .
