Use

This query is a regular report for the cost center manager. It provides an overview for the responsible cost center(s) assigned to an internal order. This overview is of the budgets, commitment values and costs that are specified or incurred on the internal order throughout the reporting time frame, as well as in the current fiscal year. The system calculates the remaining available budget using these values.
