Navigation
You use this function to navigate between development objects within the Object Navigator.
If you access the ABAP Workbench through the Object Navigator, you have the following user interface areas:

Navigation Area |
It is positioned on the left-hand side of your screen and contains different browsers which allow you to modify object lists and to launch the tools associated with the individual development objects. |

Tool Area |
It is positioned on the right-hand side of your screen. The tools necessary for editing the respective development objects are automatically opened there. |

Integrated Window |
For displaying results from syntax check-ups, the navigation stack and the worklist. |
|
Additional Window |
Appears when you open an object in a new session. |
The following figure represents graphically the different areas of navigation:
The navigation area and the tool area are not interconnected. When you navigate in one of them, the other is not updated automatically.
You can hide the navigation area by choosing with the quick info text Full screen on/off from the application
toolbar.
