Transporting User-Defined Search ConfigurationsLocate this document in the navigation structure

How to transport user-defined search configurations for Web services.

Prerequisites

Transports for the client must be enabled (transaction Start of the navigation path SCC4 Next navigation step Changes and Transports for Client-Specific Objects End of the navigation path).

Context

You can transport user-defined search configurations that you have saved in SOA Manager.

Procedure

  1. Open SOA Manager (transaction code SOAMANAGER).
  2. Go to the Monitoring tab.
  3. Choose User-Defined Search.
  4. Use the Search Criteria to list the configuration(s) you want to transport.
  5. Select the configuration(s) you want to transport.
  6. Choose the Transport button.
  7. Select an existing transport request or create a new one.
  8. Choose OK.

Results

Your transport is created and can be viewed and released in SE09.
