Use

Use this procedure to display the result of a finished report run. For more information how to execute a report run, see Executing a Report Run.

Procedure
  1. In the Repository Browser (transaction SE80), go to the node Classifications → Report Definitions.
  2. Open the report definition you have created.
  3. On the Runs tab page, select the name of the run.
  4. Choose the Display pushbutton.
  5. On the result screen you can see the following information:
    Tab Page Name Description

    General

    Administrative data such as the creation date, execution date and so on.

    Filter

    This tab page contains additional tabs for each part of the filter, such as the object name, package and so on.

    Matching Objects (Statistic)

    A statistic about the number of objects matching the condition. Visible only if you have selected the Create Statistical Data indicator in the report definition and the condition is not empty.

    Matching Objects (List)

    Provides a view of the objects that match the condition. The tab is visible only if you have selected Create Object Definitionin the report definition.

    Note

    The classifications of the objects cannot be changed in this view. You can choose Goto → Classification to navigate to the Classification Browser. This starts the Classification Browser with the set of matching objects together with all relevant characteristics

    Classification (Statistic)

     

    Displays a statistic of how the value of the characteristics are distributed among the classified objects. The tab is visible only if you have selected Create Statistical Data in the report definition.

    Note

    The statistics views allow you to drill down the values to packages, responsible persons, and object types.
