Creating Service Group ConnectionsLocate this document in the navigation structure

You can configure connections based on service groups. For asynchronous request/response patterns, you can configure two connections simultaneously. If there is only a request message or a synchronous request/response pattern, only one logical port and one binding are configured.

Procedure

  1. Under Service Group Connections, choose Create for a single service group connection.
  2. For each actor, specify an IBC reference.
  3. Specify the connection type.
  4. For each actor that is consumer, specify a service group and choose Next.
  5. For each consumer proxy, specify the provider interface.
  6. Choose Create and save the configuration.

Next Steps

If you know the correct logon data and have created it, you can assign logon data to each connection. For more information, see Creating and Assigning Logon Data in a Central System
