Managing InfoCubes
You can display technical information about the contents of an InfoCube using the Manage InfoCube function. You can carry out administrative tasks, such as aggregate construction and deletion for an individual InfoCube. You can influence the load and query performance by using the InfoCube contents maintenance.
An active InfoCube is available.
Select the InfoCube.
The InfoCube is displayed in the top table. You only have to make one selection from several InfoCubes, if you called InfoCube administration from the scheduler or the monitor.
After you have selected an InfoCube from the table in the upper half of the screen, you can display the InfoCube contents by choosing Contents in the toolbar. If you have not selected an InfoCube, you can display any number of dictionary tables relevant to InfoCube administration. Enter the table name in the subsequent dialog box. Choose Delete Contents to delete the contents of the InfoCube. You can also display an application log and a process overview.
Edit the Contents of the InfoCube tab page.
You can display the dimensions of an InfoCube with the InfoObjects that belong to it.
Choose
(InfoCube Content) or
(Fact Table) to display the contents of the InfoCube and the fact table and to delete them if required.

Edit the Rollup tab page.
You can start rolling up the requests for restructuring aggregates immediately or in the background. You can display already existing aggregates for the InfoCube and the logs that belong to them.
If activated aggregates exist for the InfoCube and you are loading new requests into the InfoCube, you also have to roll up these in the aggregates. Only then are these new requests taken into account when executing a query.

This function is only necessary for InfoCubes that obtained their data from 3.x InfoPackages.
