Details Tab Page
The entries you make on this tab page define the attributes that this step has.
Make the following settings:
You can define the following step properties:
· Workflow log visualization
You can select one of the following options:
¡ In all workflow logs
¡ Only in the technical workflow log
¡ Condition ‘Complete work item’ true: Not in graphical Workflow log
Depending on which option you choose, the Workflow does not appear in either the standard or the graphical Workflow log. Note that the entire block is not displayed under a hidden node in the graphical Workflow log.
· Processing can be rejected.
If the indicator is set, execution of an associated work item can be rejected. The workflow definition is extended by the addition of a branch in which you must model the reaction to this rejection.
· Advancing with dialog
If the actual agent of the preceding step is also a recipient of this step, the step is executed immediately. The execution does not need to be started in the Business Workplace. For more information, see Advancing with Immediate Dialog.
· Perform editing again.
Here you can define whether the agent determination is executed again for a Workflow that has been processed, but is not yet complete. To do so, first define a Complete Execution condition on the Conditions tab page. This condition checks whether processing is complete and whether the work item has the status Complete. This condition enables you to define that the work item is only complete once a particular object attribute has a particular value, for example, the release indicator is set. If the condition is not satisfied, the work item is given the status In Processing and the agent determination is executed once again. If the actual agent of the work item is the receiver, they receive the work item. Otherwise, the newly determined recipients receive the work item.
· Ad-hoc-determination of the task, expression for task
You can determine which task is referenced in this activity dynamically. To do this, you add a task in the activity as usual (basic task). For Expression for Task, specify the container element that contains the alternative task. This task must be identical to (interface-compatible with) the basic task in its interface. If there is no result or an error is found when the expression is resolved, the basic task is used. If you use task TS70008069 in a preceding step, the task can be selected easily. To do this, you must define a task group containing all tasks that could be executed in this activity. You pass this task group to the method used in task TS70008069. Select a task when executing the work item. This method provides an expression that contains the selected task and can be used in this activity. The Ad-hoc: Include ”Exchange Task” wizard helps you when creating a corresponding step.
