Control Tab Page
On this tab page you can process the technical settings for the form step. Once you have completed the Form tab page, this tab page contains the entries required to execute the form step.
Make the following settings:
This
field must contain a task with which a form can be executed. There is a SAP
task available for each of the actions on the Form tab page. SAP
recommends that you only use a task of your own if you want to restrict the
selection of possible agents or
display another text in the work item preview. Select
to
create a new task on the basis of the SAP task.
The properties and task description of the chosen task are displayed.
You can define the following step properties:
· Task to be determined using an expression
You can determine which task is used dynamically. To
do this, select
and specify the container element that
references the alternative task. This task must be a task that is suitable for
the action and should be developed from a copy of the SAP task.
· Processing can be rejected.
If the indicator is set, processing can be rejected in the Business Workplace. The workflow definition is extended by the addition of a branch in which you must model the reaction to this rejection.
· Work items for this step neither appear in the standard- nor the graphical workflow log.
· Perform editing again.
You can only set this indicator if you have entered a Complete Execution condition on the Conditions tab page. If the condition is set and if the evaluation of the condition returns the result False, the recipients are determined again. If the actual agent of the work item is the recipient again, the work item remains in the status In process. Otherwise, the newly determined recipients receive the work item.
· Advancing with dialog
If the actual agent of the preceding step is also a recipient of this step, the step is executed immediately. The execution does not need to be started in the Business Workplace. For more information, see Advancing with Immediate Dialog.
Process the binding between task container and
workflow container. This is necessary if the agent is to create a document
that is based on a template as an attachment, and if text variables are used
in the task description. To do this, choose
Binding (exists).
